Naxos

Naxos, the world's largest independent classical label, was founded in 1987 by Klaus Heymann, a German-born Hong Kong resident. It was originally known as a budget label, recording central and eastern European orchestras with lesser-known conductors, but now features various orchestras in the UK and the USA, and is branching out into new ventures.
