Gloria DeVidas Kirchheimer

Gloria DeVidas Kirchheimer is a New York writer whose work has been published in literary magazines and newsletters.  She is the author of a novel, Amalie in Orbit, and a collection of short stories, Goodbye, Evil Eye. Kirchheimer is also co-author of a nonfiction book, We Were So Beloved: Autobiography of a German Jewish Community. Her essays have been published in the Yale Journal for the Humanities in Medicine, ELDR magazine (as contributing editor) and Perceptive Travel. Her article My Love Affair with Johann Sebastian Bach appeared in Music & Vision Magazine in 2010. Kirchheimer's short story about a piano competition was published in the summer 2012 issue of The Antioch Review.
