David Lumsdaine
Born in Sydney on 31 October 1931, the composer David Lumsdaine went to England in 1953 to study with Matyas Seiber. Later he became a lecturer at Durham University and founded its electronic studio. He's married to the composer Nicola Lefanu, Professor of Music at York University.
