Australian Festival of Chamber Music

The Australian Festival of Chamber Music, directed by Piers Lane, is the largest festival in the southern hemisphere dedicated to chamber repertoire. It was founded in July 1991, is held annually in Townsville,  and also features food, regional tours, masterclasses and series of lectures, mainly on subjects relating to the Great Barrier Reef.
