German record label Classic Produktion Osnabrück (cpo), the house label of music retailer jpc (Jazz-Pop-Classic), was founded in 1986 by Georg Ortmann and others. With an emphasis on Romantic, late Romantic and twentieth century symphonic repertoire, its mission is to fill niches in the recorded classical repertory.
