Sending review material to M&V

You are invited to send material to Music & Vision for review, but please note carefully the contents of the paragraphs below.

Please do not send more than one book, two DVDs or three CDs per parcel, and please label your material 'for review'. Postage should be prepaid. You should use this postal address :

We attempt to review all material received, but please note that our capacity is limited, and that it is not always possible to review everything. Please send only a small number of items for review - not your whole catalogue. We cannot enter into correspondence about when reviews will appear, or why particular items haven't been reviewed. Material sent for review will not be returned.

If you are sending books, CDs (including SACDs) or DVDs, you do not need to contact us before sending the material. For any other items, please contact us with full details, then wait for confirmation before shipping.

Because we illustrate our CD reviews with sound and DVD reviews with screenshots, short video clips and audio extracts, and because we provide detailed information about each item at the end of the review, the time taken for reviews to appear is usually significantly shorter if you send two copies of a CD or DVD.

We are sometimes asked if an item can be reviewed by a particular writer. This may be possible, but we can make no guarantee. To request this, please either send a note with the material or contact us separately.

If you would like confirmation that your material has arrived safely, please wait for three weeks after shipping and then send us a message, including any catalogue number and title.
