Klassiske Dage
Live from the Klassiske Dage International Festival in Holstebro, Sarah Willis, horn player in the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra, will be presenting a masterclass live online. Together with legendary violinist Ivry Gitlis and Finnish pianist Olli Mustonen, she will be live streaming an interactive event with viewers joining in with their questions from all over the world. The Masterclass will be streamed live from the Holstebro Music School with help from Danish Radio on 4 October 2013, 2-5.30pm CET. Sarah Willis comments: 'To be part of a joint masterclass with the legendary violinist Ivry Gitlis and the wonderful pianist Olli Mustonen is a real honour and I hope many people will join us online with their questions.' Janne Thomsen, artistic director of Klassiske Dage says: 'Sarah Willis will play at the atmospheric midnight concert in Holstebro Church - she is one of the world's most sought after horn players. Our Live Stream Master Class on air will be something very special for our festival and we are very happy that Sarah is also bringing her technology to us.' During the festival, Sarah Willis will also be interviewing participating musicians using her Google Glass. She is one of the selected Glass Explorers testing this new technology.
