Wavyline
Composer, poet and educator Virginia Firnberg, who ran the successful Access to Music course at Morley College for nine years, knows how to develop and nurture creative talent, and she believes that the techniques and processes used in music can be applied across all the Arts disciplines and beyond. Challenges of narrative, texture, shape, colour, momentum and rhythm, for example, apply to poets, writers and artists as much as to musicians and composers. Virginia and Wavyline will present Music techniques for Arts Practitioners - two hour and one day innovative workshops in London, during June and July 2015. These workshops will be supportive, person-centred, hands-on, fun and constructive. They build confidence, enhance creativity, support project development and foster teamwork, and they're suitable for creative people from both the public and private sectors.
