Mozart's 'Il Re Pastore' at New College Oxford,

New Chamber Opera, brainchild of Michael Burden, presented a marvellous Il Re Pastore during July 2012, at New College, Oxford. [This review is based on the 14 July performance.]
The company was up against it, in many ways, as the poor weather precluded having the event, as planned, in the garden of New College -- instead falling back on the chapel...
