Derby Cathedral Choir's Handel 'Messiah',

Derby Cathedral Choir's latest biennial performance of Handel's Messiah easily maintained the standard they've set for themselves in previous years (Derby Cathedral, 8 December 2012).
They were on sparkling form. 'And The Glory of the Lord' and 'For Unto Us a Child is Born' were both light on their feet, 'O Thou that Tellest' went at a splendid lick, and 'His Yoke is Easy' had a delicious feeling of living dangerously...
