I remain at a loss to guess at the target punter for this light musical pot-pourri. However it seems Hafabra focuses on band music and Vol 3 was devised to mark their twenty-first anniversary.

It features five separate ensembles; the Royal Band of the Belgian Navy is heard with three conductors while an Ad Hoc Wind Orchestra has two conductors. Other items involve the State Police Orchestra of Baden-Wurttemberg; the Royal Military Band Johan Willem Friso (Assen) and Musique Militaire Grand-Ducale (Luxembourg)...
