As for the other singers, the two Mexicans, Enrique Ambrosio as Ricardo, and Monica Chavez as Amelia, brought some Latin American passion to their parts, while Anastassia Bibicheva as Ulrica displayed a powerful voice with plenty of thrust. Very nice was the inclusion of a disabled girl in the chorus, and here it must be mentioned that Baumann has, for many years, been actively taking up advocacy for the disabled in Germany.

Combining his love for equestrianism and opera, he also made possible the Disabled Rider Championships at Thann later this month (18-19 August 2007), an event where the well-known coloratura soprano Elke Maria Slawitschek will perform an exclusive Aria interlude and Baumann and von Kerssenbrock will both be present.
