William Bolcom has been awarded the Pulitzer Prize, the National Medal of Arts, two Grammy Awards, and the Detroit Music Award. He was named 2007 Composer of the Year by Musical America.

His complete Cabaret Songs of Bolcom are recorded by mezzo Joan Morris with her husband, Bolcom himself (Centaur) and by Baltimore-based singer/songwriter Michelle Murray with David Murray (Summit Classical)...
