This Nimbus Alliance CD brings together carefully selected and imaginatively arranged 'fab four' scores by Czech composer Luboš Krtička, age forty-nine.
Yet while Krtička preserves the melodic content of the enduring Beatles music the irreplaceable Lennon & McCartney insouciance is missing.
